The exercises, workouts, and results you log are stored on your device and synced to our server, scoped to your 4-digit ID. Anyone who knows your ID can read or modify the data tied to it, so treat it like a low-stakes shared key.

We do not run third-party analytics, ads, or tracking on this site.

To delete your data, email [email protected] with your TAVO ID. You can also clear your browser's storage for this site to remove the local copy.
